Pineapple & Mustard Braised Slow-Cooker Short Ribs

Ingredients

(Adjust amounts based on how many ribs you’re cooking)

 

  • 2–3 lbs beef short ribs (bone-in preferred)

  • Salt + pepper

  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

  • 1 onion, sliced (or half, whatever you have)

  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder)

  • 2–3 carrots, cut chunky

  • 2–3 potatoes, cut into large chunks

  • 1–2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

  • ½ – 1 cup pineapple juice (from can or add water)

  • 1–2 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon both work)

  • 2–3 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire (use what you have)

Throw everything and turn the slow cooker dial to low for 6ish hours! DONE.
