Pineapple & Mustard Braised Slow-Cooker Short Ribs
Ingredients
(Adjust amounts based on how many ribs you’re cooking)

2–3 lbs beef short ribs (bone-in preferred)

Salt + pepper

Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika

1 onion, sliced (or half, whatever you have)

3–4 cloves garlic, minced (or garlic powder)

2–3 carrots, cut chunky

2–3 potatoes, cut into large chunks

1–2 cups pineapple chunks (fresh or canned)

½ – 1 cup pineapple juice (from can or add water)

1–2 tbsp mustard (yellow or Dijon both work)

2–3 tbsp soy sauce or Worcestershire (use what you have)
Throw everything and turn the slow cooker dial to low for 6ish hours! DONE.
